Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible in the over-all accounting functions and maintaining the books of accounts of the property.
- Prepares the following monthly financial reports for submission to the association’s Board of Directors and head Office no later than the 20th day of the succeeding month:
- Balance Sheet
- Statement of Revenue and Expenses
- Cash Flow
- Variance Analysis (Comparison of Budgeted versus Actual expenses)
- Performs other tasks.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounnting.
- Must have at least 2 years actual experience in all areas of general accouning, specifically financial statements preparation and bookkeeping.
- Background in condominium accounting is an advantage.
- Must be proficient in computer applications.
- Team player & people oriented.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Hardworking with commitment to excellence.
- Fast learner and can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
