- Generate leads and interest through pro-active call-outs of the targeted market.
- Effectively convert leads into closed deals and facilitate customer orders.
- Mitigate SME churn and facilitate all inbound and outbound after sales requests.
- Do call outs and customer meeting to facilitate or assist client concerns relative to PLDT products and services.
- Give excellent customer service to SME clients.
- Handling sales and after sales concerns.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any business related courses
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be proactive, highly organized and a team player
- Must possess leadership skills
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Applications especially in Excel
- Customer service and employee relations skills
