- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any course; preferably business administration/office administration related courses
- With working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Knowledge of office management system and procedures
- Must be proactive, highly organized and a team player
- Good presentation skills
