- Calculate and check to make sure that the payments, amounts, records, and invoices are correct.
- Sort out incoming and outgoing daily post.
- Process vendors and suppliers invoices in a timely manner, verifying accuracy, approvals, and account coding.
- Respond to client and payer accounts' inquiries as required.
- Be responsible for the release of:
- Final pay of separated employees.
- BIR 2316 of employees.
- Answer queries through email.
- Perform other clerical duties to be assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in BS Accountancy and BS Accounting Technology.
- Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledgeable in clerical works and reports.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Above average communication skills.
- Can work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Very keen into details.
- Willing to work in Bangkal, Makati City.
