- Affixes inventory tag to designated assets and equipment and replace tag when damaged. Ensures inventory tags are used in sequential order to avoid duplicates or breaks in numerical order.
- Maintains perpetual inventory records in the asset management system by gathering data, completing required forms, logs, and entering inventory records and accountability tracker of all assets.
- Prepares clearance of resigned employees.
- Prepares request for payment for repair and purchase of IT assets.
- Generate reports for presentation to the management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably Male;
- Graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related courses;
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral;
- Excellent Microsoft office applications;
- With knowledge in Inventory and Asset Management;
- In good physical condition;
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned at Reliance, Mandaluyong City deployment in TV5 Network Inc.
