Accounting Manager  

About the role:

• We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager (Ecommerce, Marketplace) with previous startup & corporate experience.
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team through commercial analysis of data and financial performance

Job Description:

• Building, leading and managing of the financial processes; from budgeting, to cost management and audit
• Ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the business
• Execute & evaluate the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time
• Evaluating and advising on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and risk management
• Budget forecasting, P&L projection of the company's Financial Health to ensure long term sustainability and profits to investors & stakeholders

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, preferable a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Able to handle a full set of accounts for a multi-national business (cross-borders)
• Proficient in Quickbooks / Xero (or similar) accounting software
• Working with Company Sec, Audit and taxation firms to make sure all is managed on time and without any mistakes
• Strong business sense and growth mindset, offer suggestions to management on how best to manage revenue and costs, for higher profitability
• Must be willing to work in Karuhatan, Valenzuela City
