Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Along with Team Leaders, lead the creation of Project Resources Plan
- Assemble Project Team as part of Resource Plan
- Along with Project Stakeholders, develop Project Scopes and Objectives
- Define details and accurately estimate Project Timeline
- Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in Project Scope, Timeline and Costs
- Using appropriate systems, tools and techniques, measure and track Project Performance
- Manage communication and relationship with all relevant Project party (Teams, Stakeholders, Vendors)
- Manage contracts with Vendors by communicating expected deliverables
- Report and escalate to Management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive Project Documentation
Trình độ tối thiểu
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in scrum or project management
- Excellent in prioritisation
- Good experience managing agile team in dynamic environment
- Strong and Hands on in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle in cross functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Excellent analytical skills
