Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Conduct site measurements with Business Development Team, Lessor Representative, and Architectural Consultant to verify measurements.
- Prepare store layouts for approval of Design Head Architect.
- Prepare detailed drawings/specifications of company-supplied items such as stainless steel equipment, furniture, and signage.
- Secure miniature plans and electronic file of the store.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS Architecture.
- Preferably a licensed Architect.
- At least 3 years experience in restaurant design and project/site management.
- Specialized Knowledge: Lay-out drawing, drafting & sketching, autocad, sketch-up, 3D Max rendering, architectural fit outs.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Solid technical abilities.
- Good business-sense.
- With passion for work and is open to collaboration.
