Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Accounting Assistant will support the CFO and Senior Accountant in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance / Accounting Department. He/she will also relieve the CFO and Senior Accountant of certain responsibilities that will allow them to spend a greater portion of their time on Financial Statement preparation and analysis, budget and variance issues, and forecasting.
He/she will be handling all ACCOUNTS PAYABLE.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a Bachelor's degree in business with emphasis in accounting.
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in Accounting.
- Course work in job costing is recommended.
- Highly skilled in:
- Dealing with financial and numeric data.
- Using Excel spreadsheets.
- Using MS Word
- Very good verbal skills.
- Perfectionist by nature, with no tolerance for financial sloppiness.
- Very good writer in order to handle the occasional administrative needs of the department.
- Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
