- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements.
- Prepare affidavits or other documents, maintain document file, and file pleadings with court clerk.
- Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents.
- Investigate facts and law of cases to determine causes of action and to prepare cases.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- TAKEN BAR EXAM (not necessarily a passer) year 2015 & below
- Candidates must have completed Law with good academic grades
- Fluent in English both in Oral and written
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- With experience in related field is a plus
- Preferably, Male
- Must be willing to work in Makati
