Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
This job is responsible for the general administrative work of the Construction & Design Department. This includes:
- Collating and ensuring proper completion of all required daily, weekly, monthly reports,
- Assisting in the daily processing of department’s changes.
- Other duties includes:
- typing memos,
- answering phones,
- faxing, copying, filing , maintaining files,
- processing paper work.
This position will be the organized focal point for the group in dealing with employee questions and coordinating departmental events.

- Knowledgable in MS Office and SAP
- Engineering background is preferred
- Has negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
