Junior Accountant  

Financial Reports

• Lead all accounting processes, journal entries and monthly closing of accounts including monthly bank reconciliation.
• Ensure efficient recording of all financial transactions of the company
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

Government Compliance

• Prepares Schedules and reports for SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig
• Updates annual Business Permits
• Preparation of reports and returns for on time submission and payment of tax dues to the government, not limited to;
  • Income Statements (Quarterly,Annualy)
  • Monthly Expanded Withholding Tax
  • Annual Expanded Withholding Tax w/ Alphalist
  • Income Tax Withheld on Compensation
  • Annual Income Tax Withheld on Compensation
  • Transmittal of Certificate of Compensation/Tax Withheld
  • Vat Returns (Monthly, Quarterly)
  • Quarterly Summary List of Sales & Purchases
  • .eSubmission of Alphalist for Employees/Payees
  • Annual Registration Fee
  • General Information Sheet
  • General Form for Financial Statements

Other Responsibilities

• In charge of reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Propose Controls to maintain financial security
• Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
• Prepares special financial reports as requested by Management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Facilitate Bank Related Transactions
