Product Management:
● Achieve product and service revenue and partner revenue
● Develop core positioning and messaging to the product
● Technology Update; define the product strategy and roadmap; provides technical
direction for the development, design and systems integration across multiple client
engagements from definition phase through project sign off and support
● Develops and implements strategic objectives for practice that are aligned with the
regions strategic initiatives
● Enablement of sales and technical team on practice area
● Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
● Propose an over all budget to ensure success of products and its services
● Ensures proper support structure
● Develops, implements, and maintains sound business practices
● Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve services to our client
● Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions; suggests
alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability and/or longer life
● Champions customer success internally and externally and advocates for continuous
process improvement across the organization
Partner Management:
● Acts as company representative between principal partner and executive and
management officers of the company;
● Analyzing potential partner relationship for the product
● Act as point of first reference for all product-related inquiries and work collaboratively
with colleagues and principal partners to address any requirements that may arise;
works directly with selected development partner prospects and clients to define potential feature sets
● Strong ability to partner across divisional boundaries to deliver customer value
Presales Management:
● Perform product demos to customers
● Identifies and qualifies specific requirements of clients
● Set pricing and pricings scheme to meet revenue and profitability goals
● Monitoring and assessing new technology. Identify, access and investigate high risk,
high return technologies possessing potential application within existing businesses or
for creating new businesses
● Strategic Innovation. Provide technical vision to complement business vision by setting the tone and direction of the company’s technologies
Trình độ tối thiểu
Experience Required:
- Must have at least 5 solid years of work experience in selling IT product, services or
solutions
- Must have at least 3-5 years solid work in product management
- Must have 2-3 business analysis, product support, and implementation services
experience
Education Required:
- Graduate of any 4-year course or college degree, preferably BSIT, BS Computer
Science, BS Computer Engineering or any IT-related courses
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any business-related courses
- Industry-standard certifications
