Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform complete sales cycle activities for Cyber Security, Payments and Advanced Technology products of Bastion Payment system.
- Engage and participate in all marketing and business development initiatives.
- Ensure a clear and detailed set of client requirement.
- Develop solution design, costing and proposal write-up.
- Coordinate with marketing and creative team in building up sales presentations and materials.
- Deliver product presentations / demonstration to customers to articulate proposed solution’s unique value proposition.
- Work with product principal and support team to conduct and drive proof-of-concepts.
- Track all opportunities and sales activities using an efficient monitoring system.
- Maintain integrity in all account information.
- Submit relevant reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain regular contact with the assigned client, solicit feedback and assist in managing issues that arise from time to time.
- Provide solicited feedback to the management team to improve service quality.
- Meet financial sales quotas and targets.
- Manage account receivables to facilitate efficient collection.
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s / College degree in Engineering (Computer /Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Possess at least 7 years of relevant solution selling experience in the technology industry, 1 year as senior sales supervising a team.
- Exposure and experience in international sales a definite plus
- Possess strong understanding of technology and technology products and services.
- Selling technology solutions into financial clients would be an advantage
- Excellent presentation, communication and problem solving skills
- Strong market and technical knowledge on Information Technology and Cyber Security
- Excellent self-organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under deadline pressure
- Have ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Enjoy working with new and cutting edge technologies and processes.
- Goal oriented with strong leadership
- Good organization and planning skills
