Automated Risk and Compliance Expert - Makati  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support team head in performing assessment and design for Cyber Security products of Bastion Payment system to all its client.
• Ensure a clear and detailed set of client requirement.
• Facilitate excellent product and service delivery to client.
• Work with sales and marketing team to develop solution design per client requirement.
• Coordinate with marketing and creative team in building up various presentations and relevant materials.
• Track all opportunities and delivery activities using an efficient monitoring system.
• Maintain integrity in all account information.
• Participate in planning, design, execution and delivery of the automated compliance service/product of Bastion.
• Help improve processes and procedures of Bastion for delivery.
• Conducts employee training and orientation on compliance programs.
• Provide leadership in the absence of the head and mentors junior staff.
• Engage and participate in all business development initiatives.
• Submit relevant reports in a timely manner and ensure quality of deliverables.
• Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Digital Forensics/Cyber Security/, Business Administration or equivalent
• Possess at least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in information / cyber security, led an audit team and conducted compliance assessment.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with work experience specializing in Cyber Security/Digital Forensic/IT Security or equivalent.
• Must have direct experience in handling cybersecurity monitoring, incident response operations and compliance.
• International exposure and experience a definite plus
• Must understand technology and technology products and services
• Knowledge and experience in operating under ISO 9001, ISO 27001, PCI or other certified environments a must.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 27001 controls implementation and audit
• Problem analysis, use of judgment and ability to solve problems efficiently
• Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to make inquiries and resolve conflicting information
• Process improvement identification
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (LAC) and / or Certified Payment Card Industry Security Implementer (CPISI)
