- Responsible for the sales target achievements of area managers
- Manage sales team and compliance of company policies
- Also responsibile for the training and development of the institutional and supermarket area manager
- This position also handles directly the industrial accounts
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Must be willing to do field work
- With 2 - 3 years sales experience
- Dynamic, assertive and result-oriented individual and with strong drive to succeed
- Preferably has consumer related experience
- Computer literate and can work with minimum supervision
- With active drivers license and knows how to drive
- At least 2 to 3 years experience as a Regional Sales Manager
- Excellent computer analytical, sales supervisor with good communication and people management skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
