Duties and Responsibilities:
To sell Volume and Distribution to the most number of stores
To achieve all brands volume objective
To be able to sell-in the distribution and volume of new or drive brands
To help the trade resell
- Merchandising (RPS shelving, OSD, AOA-drive brands)
- Pricing (within SRP for core and drive brands/skus)
To build goodwill to customers
- Building strong relationships with stores via regular coverage, call sheet selling, move-out efforts
To operate efficiently and economically
- Doing more with less/no wasted time and money
- Save on extra/non-value added costs
To train and supervise sales personnel

Trình độ tối thiểu
A Bachelor's degree graduate of any business-related courses
With excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possesses strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Must have at least 2-3 years work experience in FMCG managing/handling Key Accounts
Knows how to drive and must have a valid Driver's License
Willing to do field work, retail and head office call
