Digital Marketing and e-Commerce Manager  

This role undertakes all electronic, online, and other digital content/communications efforts directed to the Digital Marketing Team. The Digital Marketing & e-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategy of Rustan Marketing Corporation (RMK) covering: e-commerce, brand social media accounts, digital communications including email, affiliate marketing and transition of marketing campaigns into digital marketing campaigns, analytics, and system integrations.

The Digital Marketing Team directly reports to the office of the General Manager of RMK. It is a support group that assists the digital marketing needs of all brands within RMK. This includes social media management, content creation, and campaign implementation in various digital platforms.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement Search Engine Optimization and Pay per Click strategies
• Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences.
• Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
• Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and anlalyze content success.
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
• Use Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other relevant sites.
• Drive traffic to company and brand pages.
• Develop and manage projects together with the Digital/e-Commerce team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
• Liaising with all RMK brands to assist in finalizing their digital marketing strategies and the successful implementation of these.
• Manage and negotiate with the digital agencies and e-Commerce partners of RMK.
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in eCommerce is preferred.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
