Digital Marketing Strategist  

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead for our mobile apps (Medifi and Viyahe). He/she will be responsible for developing, managing and executing marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.

• Work with Marketing Manager in implementing all digital marketing activities
• Develop strategies, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of the company across.
• Contribute creative ideas, strategies and insights on our regular brainstorming sessions keeping in mind the company goals and target audience to come up with an effective campaign strategy.
• Manage organization’s website and improve organic search ranking through comprehensive SEO program.
• Drive mobile app installs and acquire users through effective execution of app acquisition strategies
• Create and execute social media and email-based marketing strategies to improve KPIs
• Nurture leads using marketing automation
• Manage and execute online paid advertisements through creating effective targeting strategies (relevant personas to minimise CAC and maximise customer LTV)
• Attend networking events and product launches
• Measure and analyse website traffic flow, mobile app events, digital campaigns and provide internal reports regularly.
• Manage campaign performance metrics and use optimisation tactics for all marketing campaigns: email marketing, social media, display & search advertising, mobile apps in Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and social networking channels
• Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of industry developments
• Work closely with the marketing team and other departments
• Meet company objectives, goals and deadlines
• Keep an open mind and constructively accept suggestions and feedback from team members.
• Other duties assigned by the marketing manager

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Project management
• Must be data-oriented with an understanding of mobile user behaviors
• Knowledgeable in using Google Tag Manager & other digital marketing tools
• Knowledgeable in using different online advertising platforms (Facebook, Google)
• Have handled at least two mobile app projects
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
• 5+ years executing digital marketing campaigns
• At least one documented growth hack to share
• Strong understanding of the app acquisition landscape with a track record of driving growth
• Work experience in the travel/medical industry or startup is a plus
• Preferably with experience in Premium/Luxury brands
• Must be adaptable and flexible in handling projects
• Proven track record of executing successful content strategy and campaigns
• Willing to work in Chino Roces Ext. Makati
• Can start to work ASAP
