Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Complete responsibility for the management and control of all the treasury activities of RLI and its affiliates such as cash flow, forcasting, budgeting, daily cash position report
- Supervision of staff assigned to the Finance Department
- Acts as approving officer in Sales Order, Purchase Order and Vouchers
- Other functions that may be assigned by Comptroller from time to time.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reconciliation with the Accounting Department to ensure financial integrity (cash, accounts receivable and accounts payable accounts).
- Responsible in handling various bank related transactions such as processnig telegraphic transfer, hedging, bank loan application and LCTR lines application
- Responsible for timely collecting of receivables from customer, responsible for the timely payment to vendors
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor of Science/Arts Graduate major in Accounting, Commerce, or Business
- Minimum of [10] year(s) experience in Budget and Financial analysis
- Strong background in Treasury required
- Knowledge and/or experience in Preparation of Cash flow forcasting
- Strong background particularly in areas of Profit Planning and Performance Reporting
- Above-average communication skills in English and can compose legal and business correspondence.
- Pleasant disposition, firm personality, aggressive yet mild-mannered, with a natural ability to project the required corporate and professional image personally and through the telephone.
- Able to interrelate and maintain a good working relationship with all departments in a corporate environment.
- Computer literate in Windows environment and other commonly used office software.
- Used to work with minimum supervision and is capable of multitasking.
- Capability/potential for acquiring higher responsibilities.
