Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Records the minutes of every general meeting;
Makes letters of communication as requested by top management and other personnel;
Records and keeps transmittal deliveries;
Prepares for payroll, computes and summarizes work hours, overtime, undertime and late of each ROCCO employee
Answers phone call, attends to visitors/clients visit in the office.
Writes business correspondence when needed.
Records the check/cash collection;
Prepares deposit slip for bank deposits
Liquidates and Reimburse all official expenses
Daily Update of funds, sorts the expenses classification and makes the revolving fund replenishment
Files documents accordingly.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned by the management and supervisor from time to time.

Trình độ tối thiểu

College Graduate of any business-related course.
Preferably with experience in handling administrative functions.
Above average Oral and Written Communication Skills.
Computer Literate.
Hardworking and of good moral character.
