Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Reports to Billing and Collection Manager
- Processes billing on-time
- Aligns billing attachments such as binding documents, photos, completion report, complete client information and receiving schedules to AEs
- Updates billing invoice preparation every 3rd week based on the covering period
- On-time delivery of billing
- Encodes received invoice to QuickBooks every day to update aging status
- Encodes received invoice to account monitoring soft copy and per account folder, to update all billing per account
- Monitors Accounts Receivable turnover and implement 3% late payment charges after all notices have been sent
- Establishes clear information of collection schedule from clients
- Makes phone calls after the confirmed non-payment of clients
- Reprocess and re-submits invoices/attachments which are erroneous within 48 hours, except for clients with standard receiving schedule
- Sends collection notice and statement of account on due billing according to schedule
- Timely collection every Friday or as per schedule
- Updates payment record on-time
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Accountancy/ Finance;
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience in handling billing and collection;
- Preferably knows Quickbooks application;
- Willing to work in Pasay City;
- Minimal supervision needed;
- With high integrity.
