To create, update and maintain shift-by-shift reports and data such as the activity tracker, performance trackers and billing reports. Assist operations in any data collection, organization or analysis. Play a central point between production level and management teams for MIS and data.
Responsibility for overall management of all reports that are maintained. Provide real-time analytical support to various leadership teams over issues such as staffing resources, productivity, quality and other parameters. Additionally, effective maintenance of historical data for reference and analysis will be required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least strong five (5) yearsof working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- High level of analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Advanced level of programming and macros for reports creation
- Proactiveness / flexibility / adaptability
