An administrative assistant will be expected to do the following:
- Be a front-liner for the center by staying at the reception desk to answer inquiries (walk-ins and calls)
- Coordinate with parents and teachers to fix children's schedules
- Send out announcements or reminders from the center
- File and organize documents
- Assist teachers when necessary
- Make sure all rooms are prepared for the sessions and cleaned up after the sessions

- Organized, respectful, and with a pleasing personality
- Good communication skills in both English and Tagalog
- Willing to work with children and parents
- Has basic computer skills: simple word processing and emails
- Familiar with some accounting procedures

Roomful of Learners is an educational center for young children, ages 4 to 11 years old. We offer enrichment programs for all children and help special needs children through our intervention programs. Our current focus is on helping children learn to read.
