- To ensure that operational standards are consistently performed and implemented in all retail stations.
- Monitor and manage work performance of all sales receptionitsts and administrative employees.
- Secure communication between the company and its business partners.
- Propose appropriate programs to initiate/increase sales volume.
- Manage and timely submit operational reports.
- Manages the over all operations of the branches to achieve the objectives set.
- Conceptualizes and implements operations related initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Reviews the internal systems and processes to ensure resource and operational efficiency.
- Creates processes for smooth operations.
- Meets with mall operations and looks for new store spaces.
- Perform all other related tasks as may be required.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Commerce/ Marketing/ Economics or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of marketing, retail operations, and performance management.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning and development, operational management and improvement, financial analysis and forecasting and people management and development.
- Should have excellent communication skills and corporate ethics.
- Must know how to drive with valid driver’s license
- Willing to work in Makati Head Office and visit all branch locations
