  • Total brand ownership, which includes, but is not limited to, promotions, events, shoots, visual merchandising and customer service;
  • Turn RAM's vision, mission, and principles into a brand that consumers understand and form an emotional attachment with;
  • Responsible for driving brand awareness, consideration, preference, and loyalty through a whole host of brand marketing initiatives;
  • Responsible for creating integrated marketing plans and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media;
  • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items;
  • Managing digital and offline brand marketing campaigns;
  • Performing regular market research studies to gather important brand data;
  • Analyzing how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights;
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis;
  • Monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions;
  • Creating and managing promotional collaterals to establish and maintain product branding;
  • Assisting in multimedia content development;
  • Maintaining RAM’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all collaterals and touch points;
  • Managing and briefing in-house creative teams to deliver the most insightful and creative work possible;
  • Assisting in the design of retail packaging as well as the creation of in-store marketing displays;
  • Assisting with product buying, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities;
  • Maintaining contact with jewelry suppliers to get critical input on how product design and implementation can be improved;
  • Creating monthly reports on online sales, customer insights, and social media analytics;
  • Providing suggestions and plans to improve processes and systems;
  • Other duties as assigned

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Knowledgeable in creating 360-degree marketing campaign and programs—seasonal/new launches, how to drive buzz, engagement, and conversion is key through events, PR activities, online efforts and utilizing various promotional platforms and striking partnerships are very important.
  • Other brand management know-how in other subfields like retail operations, data analytics, sales analytics, training, visual merchandising and manpower management will be crucial.
  • Good understanding in e-commerce management and digital marketing, content development, social media, Facebook Ads, analytics tools such as Google Analytics and user experience.
  • Must be fashion-forward and have a strong eye for aesthetics and editorial.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites is a must;
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices;
  • Highly creative with the ability to think out of the box;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking;
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets;
  • Excellent command of the English language;
  • Proactive and ability to work independently;
  • Strategic thinking & planning abilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint;

It has 3 stores located at SM Fairview, SM San Mateo and SM East Ortigas. Gemline also has an online store which is www.gemlinejewelry.com. RAM Jewelry offers high quality silver jewelry with semi-precious and precious stones. It has 6 stores located at the SM Megamall, SM Mall of Asia, the Podium, Ayala Malls the 30th, SM Fairview and Eastwood Mall. It will be opening 2 more stores in 2019 at Ayala Manila Bay and Ayala Vertis North. RAM jewelry also has an online store which is www.ramjewelry.ph.
