Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Use existing accounting software programs;
- Lead and supervise other accounting staff;
- Reports to the management accounting related updates;
- Ensures all daily sales reports and other accounting reports are monitored;
- Prepare Financial Statements and other accounting related reports;
- Ensures proper filing of all accounting related documents;
- Check all daily journal transactions;
- Check for errors, problems, discrepancies, audit findings and report it to management;
- Check daily if all collections are deposited and are accurate;
- Monitor and file bank deposits and disbursements,
- Monitor billings and tax payments;
- Prepare and check disbursements and vouchers;
- Perform other administrative and accounting related work.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant, but not required;
- Preferably with Background and 3 years Experience as an Accounting Manager/Head;
- Must possess an Accounting College Course (College Graduate);
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Entries;
- With experience in accounting software programs like SAP, Oracle, and other accounting systems;
- Fluent in English, Good communication, and presentation skills;
- Strong attention to detail and time management;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Tech savvy especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint Etc.);
- Willing to work in Makati City.
