- Assists customers in the store
- Ensures that the store meets or surpasses all of its sales targets
- Does cashier work
- Computes for discounts
- Does in-store jewelry engraving
- Properly relays current store promotions/sales to customers
- Reconciles all sales (Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash) at the end of the day
- Deposits revenue to the bank
- Displays the inventory in an organized manner in the showcases
- Counting of inventory at least 4 times a day
- Organizes, cleans and protects/guards the inventory and the store's interior and exterior
- Follows the Senior Sales Receptionist (OIC) instructions and the company's rules and regulations
- Assists the Senior Sales Receptionist (OIC) in other responsibilities
- Familiarizes ones self in the software programs of the company such as POS machines
- Must have strong knowledge of products being sold
- Familiarizes ones self with all possible answers to customer questions
- Files all store documents properly and in an organized manner
- Sends daily reports to the head office; makes sure there are no mistakes by double checking
- Attends occasional head office meetings and seminars outside of the assigned store
- Will most definitely be re-shuffled to other branches
- Will fill in for branches that are undermanned as needed
- In-charge of frisking other Sales Specialists or Auditors when they step out of the store
- Other tasks assigned by management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Preferably with 1-2 years of work experience in sales
- Strong communication and sales skills with above average English communication skills (oral and written)
- Must have good physical appearance, hygiene, and pleasing personality
- Must be a good team player while being able to follow rules, regulations, and instructions from the Senior Sales Specialist (OIC) and Management Team from the head office
- Good attendance; tardiness and absences are frowned upon
- Computer literate (MS Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Email)
- Strong attention to details and always alert for the security of inventory
- Must be willing to be re-shuffled in Branches within Metro Manila as this will surely happen
- Willing to work in the following Branches:

- Ayala Malls Manila Bay
- SM Megamall
- The Podium Mall
- Ayala the 30th
- Ayala Vertis North
- SM Fairview
- SM San Mateo
- SM East Ortigas
