Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Uses Accounting and Inventory Software;
- Conducts Inventory and Cash Count Audit in the branches every week;
- Checks for wrong filing of branch documents, receipts or other related files;
- Audits branch and admin employees if they are following company policies;
- Checks for anomalous transactions, discrepancies, errors or missing items;
- Gives fast, clear and detailed reports to the management;
- Does not mingle with branch employees during audits to promote integrity and accuracy of work;
- Collects inventory tally sheet weekly and reconciles it with the accounting system;
- Checks items needed to be restocked in the branches and reports it to Head Office;
- Makes sure all collections, store change funds and store petty cash funds are correct;
- Checks if the series of receipts are in order;
- Verifies pulled out items or items for repair;
- Conducts audit in the following store locations:
- SM Mall of Asia
- SM Megamall
- The Podium Mall
- SM North Edsa
- Ayala the 30th Mall
- SM East Ortigas
- SM San Mateo
- SM Fairview
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a College graduate of a 4 Year business related course (Business Admin, Management, Accounting);
- Strong attention to detail and strict personality;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Willing to do field work most of the time and willing to report to Makati Head Office;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Experience in Auditing is preferred;
- Tech savvy especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint Etc.)
