Design Coordinator | Bacolod  

Works in relation with the other Engineers and Architects of the project on the implementation and interpretation of construction plans and by providing shop drawings as needed by the team. Part of the design coordinator's role is to ensure the resolution of design conflicts by providing work procedures, remedies to construction errors to achieve the overall completion of the project.

• Three to Five years of experience as a Design Coordinator exposed to the processes, means and methods of implementing designs
• Expert and up-to-date technical knowledge in architecture and commercial awareness
• Advanced knowledge in various design software with the ability to efficiently integrate shop drawings based on the original plans
• Proven project management skills needed to properly allocate time, resources, and focus on a multi-tasked condition
• Strong flexibility and adaptability skills necessary to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication skills in both oral and written
