Junior Project Planner | Cebu  

Responsible in creating and updating the project schedules based on agreed deadline by studying all internal processes involved and analyzing the impacts of external factors in the completion of the project through communicating the project schedules to the team and adjusts the accomplishment rates regularly as basis for projections and planning. This position is also heavily concerned with the study of performance efficiencis and delays to gauge in plotting schedules and projection parameters.

• A graduate of a five-year course in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Civil Engineer
• One to two years of project planning related experience in a construction industry
• Understands or is able to undergo PRIMAVERA training
• Has technical knowledge in all facents of construction works in both engineering and architectural aspects as well as commercial awareness
• Proven project management skills needed to properly allocate time, resources, and focus on a multi-tasked condition
• Strong flexibility and adaptability skills necessary to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication skills in both oral and written
