Finance and Accounting Associate | Cebu  

This position is highly involved in both finance and accounting aspects focusing on financial analysis and general ledgers. Critical and regular reports are not far from this position and should always be produced and maintained accurately and timely. Core to this position are the following areas:

• Financial Analysis
• General Ledgers
• Reporting
• Month-end closing

• A graduate of any Finance and Accounting related programs. A CPA license is an advantage.
• One to three years of relevant experience in Finance, financial analysis or other accounting disciplines and has considerable experience with the demands of the finance and accounting work
• Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role with focus on strong financial modeling experience
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Accounting softwares
• Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow. Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and has the ability to work independently.
