High-End Sales Executive | Cebu  

Primarily engaged in the business of selling premium real estate condominium properties to ensure growth and profitability of the company through consistent delivery of sales. Network and sales strategies are core in this position through keeping a healthy relationship with top-end markets using various marketing strategies and personal influence to attract sales. Critical to this position are the following roles:

• Sales targets
• Client prospecting
• Client management techniques
• Generation of new networks

• A graduate of any four-year BS/BA degree program with related curriculum in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or any related programs. Has potential or the ability to access networks within high-value markets
• Less than a year of relevant Real Estate industry experience handling customers
• Proficient in oral and written English communication skills and has proven aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques on a daily basis
• Ability to listen to client needs and strategically responds to them that benefits mutual interest
• Fast learner and has passion to achieve goals. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to manage time and schedules making sure that all inquiries and appointments are given enough attention
