Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The position is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Building Administration Department, to service all business units and departments occupying the entire office space.
- Oversee basic financial and accounting task; prepare monthly invoices; organize incoming bills, receipts, and other related paperwork’s for bookkeeping purposes.
- Serve as on-site liaison and point of contact for clients, consultants, and affiliates.
- Responsible for managing all highly confidential documentation relating to the department’s function.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business-related course.
- Must have strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Organizational Skills
- Must be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications
