Corporate Security Officer  

Administrative Officer will be responsible for the security, housekeeping, engineering or agency-related concerns of the store.

1. SECURITY AND SHRINKAGE CONTROL

• Enforces security measures and control procedure
• Proper documentation of any store related incident
• Correct Posting of security officers
• Accuracy in accounting all items both transfer in and out
• Implement Bait test

2. CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Ensure Security Guards positioned in frontline renders basic customer service
• Timely response to any untoward incident

3. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Ensure complete security staffing/ plantilla
• Handles Orientation of third-party
• Ensure compliance on Company policies and procedure employees

4. OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY AND ENGINEERING REQUIREMENT

• Ensure upkeep of store facilities and equipment
• On time implementation of scheduled maintenance
• Follows set cost reduction measures

5. HOUSEKEEPING REQUIREMENTS

• Reinforces Clean and Fresh Policy
• Posting of Housekeeping personnel

6. REPORTORIAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Prepares monthly admin. Reports
• Secures Permits and Licenses
• Scouts for Scrap bidder and prepares scrap fixtures for bidding
• Filing of contracts

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degre in Criminology, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in Safety and Security, Administration, Housekeeping, Organization and Maintenance in a service oriented company
• Good knowledge and understanding of security operations. engineering maintenance, and housekeeping
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
