Regional Operations Manager  

Job Overview

The role of the Regional Operations Manager entails overseeing the daily operational activities within assigned area. This requires one to set the direction of the region, in compliance with the overall corporate goal established by the management.

Conceptualize operational strategies to meet goals; achievement of sales targets, minimize shrinkage rate and optimize the financial performance of the region. Render a significant amount of time on the field visiting the different stores within the region. Is expected to perform the following tasks:

• Set financial targets for the region bases on analysis of financial performance per store.
• Review proposal for new stores in region; ensure that the projected and proposed data would meet requirements.
• Recommend cost-saving measures applicable to the region.
• Recommend the creation of new policies to address business requirements.
• Spearhead implementation of region-wide customer-centric projects.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or equivalent
• Post-graduate credential is an advantage
• Over 10-years of work experience in store operations gained from any retail or QSR business
• In-depth knowledge in retail operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Amenable to do field work
