Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage a sales team that will focus in the generation of new business and maintaining existing clients.
- Oversee the sales prospecting lifecycle, which includes negotiation with customer and of contracts and closing of major sales accounts.
- Be in charge of overall branch operations including services, collection and billing and running day to day operations.
- Manage the inventory levels at the branch and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Be responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the branch
- Support the implementation of approved corporate policies, practices and procedures.
- Communicate with employees on a regular daily basis to insure procedures are followed, new procedures and methods are considered and new approved methods or procedures are known and carried out on a timely basis.
- Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing levels, to ensure that activities are performed effectively, and to respond to fluctuating workloads. Annual documented performance appraisal and development plans per employee with respect to agreed annual goals, regional goals, and performance appraisal tools.
- Closely coordinate with Division Heads for any issues and concerns encountered in Branch Operation that requires improvement in the current policies, systems and procedures
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of solid work experience in sales on a supervisory capacity preferably in the IT or commercial Printing Industry.
- Required Skill(s): People Management, Branch Operations, Branch Management, Operations Management, Sales, Driving
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Branch management experience is a plus
- Must be people and goal oriented; highly dynamic and keen to details; with excellent customer service orientation.
- Must be willing to work in Cebu City
