Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handle end to end process of recuitment, from job posting to hiring
- Check all needed documents of pre-employment
- Prepare announcement for new employee
- Prepare Notice of employement to be submitted to Office of the president
- Preparation and monitoring of performance appraisal
- Prepare exit kit and documents on the exit of all separated employees (ex. clearance monitoring)
- Organize orientation of new employees and endorse them to other department
- Attend to training needs and materials
- Assist and support the department on company activities
- Must have at least basic knowledge in Compensation and Benefits, Labor law and employee relations
- Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Behavioral science course, Psychology of Human Resources Management course
- With at least 1 to 2 years experience in the same field
- Can work under pressure
- Keen to details
- Preferably with knowledge on all facets of HR
- Preferably Male
