- Plans, directs and through subordinates, supervises facility management services including building and facility operating systems maintenance, repair and improvement, custodial services; janitorial and security operations; reviews and evaluates current operating procedures and personnel practices and establishes procedures, practice and priorities in keeping with effective operations and cost factors; coordinates building and maintenance activities within the division and with other division and departments to obtain optimum production and utilization of personnel, equipment and facilities
- Supervises, trains and evaluates staff
- Coordinates preparation of the department budget; monitor budget expenditures; analyzes staff expenditures; reviews requests for additional services
- Implements effective preventive maintenance systems for company vehicles
- Formulates effective scheduling of company vehicles in coordination with other department heads and departments
- Performs other functions as maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

- Graduated 4-year Business course or any business and administrative related courses
