Database Administrator  

The Database Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, developing and implementing policies and procedures for ensuring the integrity of the database. To achieve this, the role involves a relational database systems for various projects, monitoring the status of all development and production database servers and performing and monitoring database performance analysis and tuning.

• Capable to handle SQL, MySQL, FoxproDB, Sybase
• Knowledge of relational database management systems, object oriented database management systems, no SQL and xml database management systems.
• Maintain Scalability and Cloud Database Structure.
• Database Management and Data Maintenance.
• Mapping out the conceptual design for a planned database.
• Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users.
• Controlling Access permissions and privileges.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): dbf, MS SQL Server, Sybase, MYSQL.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
