- Oversees the daily operations of multiple store assignments
- Responsible for the development and achievement of the store performance targets on sales and profit
- Implements strict compliance of quality control standards, cash, inventory control standards and maintain strong brand image.
- Facilitates effective performance management, coaching and mentoring
- Ensures that all collections are deposited intact as agreed
- Ensures that all reports are submitted on time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field for the position
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Good management and leadership skills
- Knowledgeable in POS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
