Test Development Engineer  

The role's tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

• Plan and schedule testing tasks including resource assignment.
• Monitor and report team progress against project schedule.
• Set and impose testing standards.
  • Ensure that the team members understand and adhere to set standards.
• Define attainable and appropriate test strategy to ensure that product deliverable is properly verified by the team.
  • Accordingly address agreed client requirements.
• Write effective test cases and ensure that test strategy is implemented.
• Multitask and provide needed input efficiently on QC activities.
• Review QC project artifacts including Test Plans, Test Scripts, and project strategies.
• Implement and maintain detailed concise test plans.
• Assist in developing, organizing, and maintaining QC methodologies.
  • Actively engage in rolling out QC organization improvements to own project.

• At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent course, field, or discipline.
• Has actual development and testing experience.
• With work experience in Java/ J2EE (enterprise integration application with solid core Java XSD,XML experience).
• Previous work experience in the following is a definite advantage:
  • Agile Scrum team.
  • Airlines company.
• Able to work independently.
• Able and willing to work alone on customer projects in a self directed and mature manner.
