- Carry out research and data collection to understand the organisation.
- Conduct analysis.
- Interview the client's employees, management team, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations.
- Identify issues and forming hypotheses and solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients.
- Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
- Evangelize business value through information-based insights.
- Work with user groups to define, enhance, and agree on solutions from operational reporting to visualization and predictive analysis.
- Assist in producing and reviewing Business Case documentation for proposed projects.
- Examine process impact and dependencies based on the required change described in the business case.
- Review system test cases to ensure relevance and completeness.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least ten (10) years of experience in the financial services.
- Extensive experience providing presentations to business heads.
- Relevant business experience in one of the following areas:
- Retail banking
- Private banking and wealth management
- Clients and capital markets business
- Transaction banking
- Risk, liquidity and capital management
- Accounting (CPA a strong plus)
- Knowledgeable of market tools and capabilities related to deriving value from information including analytics, data warehousing, and predictive analysis.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Conversant with systems development lifecycle principles.
- Resourceful for research and reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
