Community Manager  

What You'll Do

Marketing

• Sources and screens applicants to increase tutors from selected areas
• Implements recruitment strategies through the execution of local marketing initiatives and creation of ads for the company
• Engages in both creative and traditional partnerships

Tutor Acquisition

• Provides support and assistance to tutor applicants
• Assists tutors and tutor applicants in complying with basic requirements

Tutor Retention & Performance Management

• Manages projects and local activities within a selected community such as gatherings, meet-ups, orientations, etc.
• Manages intra-team collaboration for logistics, promotions and inquiry handling
• Manages tutor performance

Administrative Tasks

• Handles logistics of requirements and/or documents from Head Office to the tutor community location
• Manages the receipt and distribution of non-monetary reward for tutors in selected areas (raffle prizes, tokens, etc.)

Other tasks which may be assigned.

What we’d like you to have:

• Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Marketing
• 1 year related experience in Customer service / Customer relations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent command in English language (Written and Oral)
• Organization and multi-tasking skills
• Client management and customer service skills
• Integrity and diligence
• Proactive and innovativeness
• Proficient in using Skype as mode of communication
• Shift: Semi-flexible (core time: 10am – 4pm)
• Location: Iloilo City
• Employment type: Project-based

Not required, but very useful:

• Experience in event organization
