Procurement Staff  

What you'll do:

Vendor Management

• Implements effective sourcing of suppliers through the use of different sources such as social media, web advertisement, and referrals
• Ensures strategic sourcing by comparing market prices, and proposes the best option to clients
• Conducts bidding for projects as needed
• Maintains a strong relationship with vendors

Quality Procurement

• Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items from previous transactions and coordinates with requestors for recommendations
• Prepares purchase orders through verifying specifications and price; obtains recommendations from suppliers for substitute items
• Monitors, expedites, and processes requests to suppliers and ensures all items are delivered with quality and on time

Administrative Tasks

• Maintains and updates procurement records, inventory, and monitoring
• Prepares purchase order or bid request

Other tasks which may be assigned

What we'd like you to have:

• A graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 3 years experience in Purchasing or Procurement
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Has basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possesses customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Must be honest and trustworthy
