- Send catalogs and actual samples of existing and new items
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Submit orders by referring to the price list and product code
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Attend to customer’s needs and concern with regards to the products that we sell
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Assist and sustain existing accounts, Obtain order and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Sales, or any related course
- Proven experience as a sales representative or relevant role
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage

RAMESH TRADING was founded in 1948 as a General Merchandise Store and as the years went by became an importer, distributor, and wholesaler of general merchandise.
In 2006, Ramesh Trading changed its business type to Corporation as part of its efforts to improve itself in the new millennium coupled with the entry of the 3rd Generation now handling the business. After over 70 years of its existence, the company has successfully branched out its endeavors into importing, wholesaling and distributorship.
