- Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
- Coordinate and communicate with company buyers on what items to purchase for a store's inventory
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
- Work closely with the store's marketing team to ensure that products are given effective promotional attention
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
- Set various sales goals and work with the division managers and other employees to ensure that those goals are met
- Keep up with competitors' products and prices, set promotional goals, train distribution staff, and develop relationships with the marketing team
- Lead a team of inventory or warehouse workers to receive and record new stock as it comes in and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
- Proven working experience in merchandising
- Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
- Experienced Merchandiser to produce sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage

RAMESH TRADING was founded in 1948 as a General Merchandise Store and as the years went by became an importer, distributor, and wholesaler of general merchandise.
