- Develop plans to build up weighted distribution in his/her territory in coordination with Distributors and Key Accounts local management.
- Follow up to achieve timely and effective implementation.
- Develop in-strore visibility plans in coordination with Distributors and Key accounts local management.
- Follow up to achieve timely and effective implementation.
- Initiate and develop annual business plan(s) per strategy and guidelines set and agreed with company top management and sales management team.
- Follow up on implementation and report back progress as well as any recommendations to change or amend.
- Play a vital role in steering the Key Account Management team in coordination with respective distributors and key accounts local management.
- To continuously improve share of shelf vs. competitors.
- To amplify impact of product visibility on consumers.
- Develop productive long term relationships with current and future customers via mutually agreed upon strategies, plans, and programs.
- Play the role of point person or main contact in company dealings with distributors and key accounts local management.
- Achieve business objectives, including but not limited to sales distribution, collection, merchandising, and profit.
- Participate in the preparation of annual volume and vallue targets and expense budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments in ensuring availability of products in his/her territory.
- Consistently explore territory for business development opportunities and give feedback to top management/sales management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Experienced in FMCG sales for Key Accounts and Distributors.
- Knowledgeable of MS Office applications:
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Excel
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Sales and goal-oriented personality.
- Willing to travel (drive) extensively within Luzon.
