Back Office Call Center Agent  

Puzzle Workshop runs escape rooms in Irvine, California. Escape rooms are a 60 minute interactive experience that allow teams of up to 8 people experience an interactive adventure.

We are looking for a call center agent who is comfortable answering phone calls and working through a call script. We need someone to answer phones and assist customers by answering any questions they might have as well as help them with bookings on our website at www.puzzleworkshop.com. The ideal candidate must be friendly and personable on the phone with great communication skills and excellent English.

• College degree is preferred, but not required.
