R&D Executive Patisserie  

Research & Development activities

• Coordinate together with the R&D Manager, Regional R&D Manager and HQ Research Managers in the development, adaptation and modification of patisserie improvers and mixes products.
• Develop new products, concepts, techniques and tailor made products (upon customers’ request) in close cooperation with the R&D Manager and the Regional R&D Manager.
• Coordinate with suppliers for new material sourcing and product developments
• Prepares full project file including: Documentation and process
• Coordinates with marketing sensory evaluation plan for new product developments
• Takes the lead in production evaluation for benchmarking exercises.
• Prepares project update reports for management and business development meetings

Business Development activities

• Customer visit and assit regional R&D during visit.
• Coordinates with business development team to evaluate current market needs, product performance and to ensure successful project launches

Operational-support activities

• Ensures smooth hand-over of formula and process from R&D to production. Provide trouble-shooting and technical support to production/operation as needed
• To be the one of the driving forces behind the company’s HACCP and GMP program.

• Experience in the bakery industry, with preferably a degree in Food Technology or related fields.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
